With over twelve years of teaching experience, Ross has taught every grade from Pre-K through eleventh, as well as teaching professional development courses to educators. The majority of his experience has been teaching high school English and writing to students across all performance levels, from underperforming schools to college preparatory programs. Ross is passionate about teaching the art and technique of writing, helping students to see that writing is easy and fun. He enjoys writing curriculum and creating resources for students and teachers that help to simplify and clarify all of the concepts in writing, research, and literature study. Ross holds professional teaching certifications in elementary education, secondary English education, and special education, as well as an endorsement in reading instruction. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing his master’s in Educational Leadership from Western Governors University.
