Policies

 

Cancellation POLICy:

  • If you are signed up for a trimester course that has not yet begun, you may switch into another course free of charge. 

  • If you would like to participate in a trial class before registering for a complete course, you may attend the first class session to get a feel for the instructor’s teaching style and the Writing Symphony methodology. Please note that signing up for a trial class does not guarantee you a spot in the course, which may sell out before the first session takes place. We always recommend signing up and paying for the full course in advance to secure your spot. 

  • Writing Symphony reserves the right to cancel any course due to low enrollment. In that event, we will issue a full refund. 

  • In the event of inclement weather conditions, Writing Symphony may cancel a class to ensure student and staff safety.

Refund POLICY:

  • Cancellations made 1 week before the class start date will receive a full refund. 

  • We retain 20% of total tuition if any customer that cancels a course within 2 weeks of the class start date. 

  • 12-class sessions are non-refundable after your student has attended the first class. We are unable to issue refunds for missed class sessions or course withdrawals.  If you encounter unexpected schedule changes, please speak with a staff member about transferring to another class time. 

Referral POLICY:

Referrals for outside the family to other students that register and complete a full trimester will receive a $25 Writing Symphony credit upon completing the class. The credit may be used on your student’s future classes.

class makeup policy:

If your student is unable to attend class, please make sure to notify our staff at info@writingsymphony.com or call us at 425-610-8618 as soon as possible.

drop-off and pick-up policy:

For your child’s safety, we ask that parents/guardians enter the building when picking up children from our facilities.
